KR KRTOMLINSONRENTALS LLC · LA VERKIN UT Book equipment
KRT / Leasing

How a lease
runs.

Five stops from inquiry to return — the same manifest on every booking, whether it's a week of scaffolding or a project-length crane program.

ROUTE · STOPS 1–5

The booking route.

Every stop leaves a paper trail — that's what makes the return painless.

Stop 01

Inquiry & availability

Send the equipment need, dates and delivery point. The desk confirms live fleet status and issues a written rate card for your term.

  • Live availability check against the fleet manifest
  • Day / week / month / project rates in writing
  • Delivery and pickup options quoted upfront
Stop 02

Qualification

Dry lease means the lessee supplies operation. We verify lawful qualification before the agreement is issued — no exceptions.

  • Aircraft: certificated pilots and operator documentation
  • Vessels: qualified crew and maritime compliance
  • Regulated machinery: operator certification where required
Stop 03

Agreement & deposit

Rates, term, minimums, insurance and damage liability — itemized in the rental agreement. Signed before the unit moves.

  • Written rate card attached to the agreement
  • Damage and loss liability stated in plain terms
  • Deposit schedule by equipment class
Stop 04

Dispatch & delivery

The unit leaves with a documented condition manifest — photos, hour and meter readings, service state — signed at handover.

  • Dispatch inspection with photographs
  • Hour / odometer / meter readings recorded
  • Yard pickup or scheduled delivery to site
Stop 05

Return & closeout

Return is measured against the same manifest. Fuel and service charges are itemized; the deposit releases on clean return.

  • Return inspection against dispatch document
  • Itemized closeout — no unexplained charges
  • Deposit released on clean return
TERMS · 3 POINTS

What dry lease means.

The three obligations every lessee takes on — stated plainly.

Obligation 01 · Operation

You crew it

Aircraft fly without our pilots, vessels sail without our crew, machinery runs without our operators. Qualified personnel are the lessee's responsibility — and we verify.

Verified at Stop 02
Obligation 02 · Care

You carry the risk

Equipment in your custody is insured under your coverage as stated in the agreement. Damage beyond documented wear is settled against the manifest.

Insurance required
Obligation 03 · Return

You bring it back as found

Return condition is judged against the dispatch document — same fuel level, same state, minus normal wear. The paper decides, not the argument.

TERMS · FAQ

Asked at the desk.

Yes — delivery and pickup are quoted in the agreement by distance and equipment class. Yard pickup at 240 S 210 W, La Verkin is always an option. Aircraft and vessels move under their own delivery terms, agreed at booking.

Call the desk with the unit number. Failures through no fault of use get an equivalent-unit swap — your schedule isn't held hostage to our repair bay. Operator-caused damage is settled under the damage clause.

Usually — extensions are confirmed in writing before the original term ends, at the applicable rate. On reserved fleet, extension depends on the next booking; we'll tell you what's movable.

Registered businesses and individuals meeting the qualification requirements for the equipment class. Aviation and marine categories require documented operator credentials and insurance — verify before booking, not after.
